       On October 16, 2025, In Response to the Provincial Government’s Initiative for the Intelligent Transformation of Electric Welding Machines and to Strengthen the Company’s Scientific Management of Welding Equipment and Operators, Our Company Collaborated with a Professional Welding Machine Manufacturer to Upgrade Its In-Service Welding Machines. The Upgrade Involved Installing Iot (Internet of Things) Control Chips and Attaching Exclusive Qr Codes to the Equipment, Namely Implementing the "Chip Installation and Qr Coding" Transformation.
      After the Equipment Is Coded, Certified Operators (Who Must Hold a Special Operation Certificate) Will Hereafter Scan the Qr Code to Verify Their Qualifications Before Using the Welding Machines. This Reform Enhances the Safety of Welding Operations, Facilitates the Company’s Compliant Operations, And Brings Unprecedented Efficiency and Accuracy to the Supervision of Emergency Management Departments—marking a Major Transformation in Safety Management.

     It Is Understood That Since 2024, Zhejiang Province Has Been Gradually Promoting the "Chip Installation and Qr Coding" Work for Welding Machines Across the Province. By Installing Io T Chips and Qr Codes on Welding Machines, The Province Aims to Achieve Human-Machine Matching, Full-Process Monitoring, And Intelligent Management, Thereby Improving the Safety Supervision Level of Welding Operations. Most Enterprises Have Expressed Support for This Policy.
