The initiative aimed to foster a sense of unity and express gratitude for the team’s dedication, aligning with the company’s commitment to employee well-being and cultural traditions.

On October 16, 2025, in response to the provincial government’s initiative for the intelligent transformation of electric welding machines and to strengthen the company’s scientific management of welding equipment and operators, our company collaborated with a professional welding machine manufacturer to upgrade its in-service welding machines. The upgrade involved installing IoT (Internet of Things) control chips and attaching exclusive QR codes to the equipment, namely implementing the "chip installation and QR coding" transformation.
